The FCC is trying to call it Pirate Radio. Andy and RFP are staying quite legal BUT there are those out there who are going airborne without a icense of any kind and these stations are popping up like dandelions all over the country.
What if they could tap onto Radio Free Phoenix and "steal" the stream for re-broadcast? HHMMMmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm?
