Woodstock Pictures!

Hi!

Bob Gately has provided us with a set of Woodstock pictures. I tried to post them here but discovered I couldn't upload more than five in one post, so I made a Webshots album for them instead: Woodstock Pictures.

Bob, thanks - and if you have additional input on these, please post a comment! And thanks to you, Mariah, for forwarding them on...

Peace an' Love an' all Goodness...

Daniel,
Thanks for posting them. I need to teach myself how to download photos on the site. I've tried, sort of a visual learner I guess, than a read the directions gal.

It was GREAT of Bob to send these photos. He didn't say where they originated from but I think maybe he took some of them at least?? Bob?? And is that you with the camera? Its been so many years I don't remember. Tell us whatever you can about the pics, ok Bob? What a trip down memory lane...wish I'd been there.

Ray thought he'd seen some of them too but not all of them. He's sure some are scanned but thinks some are original...anyway it's COOL, no matter what!! Bob never said they were original...he just said his nephew copied them for him. Bob really has a treasure trove of memories and memorabilia...I'm glad he's becoming more active on the KCAC blog.

Howdy Ya'll,

Nope, I didnt take these shots. As I explained in my original post these were from the press kit for the movie I was hired to promote when it opened at the Christown theater here in PHX, circa 1970. I think it was the Warner Bros. area rep who gave me the gig cause I was at Woodstock the event.

Hey, is Barry Friedman still in town. Saw a letter to the editor in the New Times and wondered. I think we had a hoot at Bethel that weekend but cant remember. (Dah)

It would be wonderful if someone would get in touch with Tom Story and see if he would be up for creating a Webshot album...One for Dear Lissa too.

Love this BlogDance...There is music in the/on the Air..
