Daniel's backyard

For those fellow Arizonans already longing for snow, here's a fantastic photo from blog contributor Daniel (vagabondvet) that he says is taken from his back yard in Oregon. Luck-ee!

Ha! What a surprise! Yeah, we've got snow. Most of that snow (picture was taken on Nov. 7th) has melted, except for the piles by the side of the road and back in the trees. It snowed again tonight, though - only about a half inch, but there's supposed to be more tomorrow. I'll take a picture or three for ya.

I hope everyone had lots and lots to be thankful for this Thanksgiving. Bless you all muchly.

Bless you too Daniel. It always does my heart good to hear from you. Keeping that Rebith spirit alive...your pictures are worth a thousand words!!! It would be cool if you'd post another one in Lissa's guest book on the caring bridge org
website. It's still up there, though she's gone in body, her spirit lives!! She loved the pictures you put on there.
Peace love and understanding...your old Rebirth friend.
(well not too old!)

Hi, Mariah!

The one I posted in her guest book on Caring Bridge is still alive, or it should be anyway... I linked to the frequently changing "Newest Picture" on my own site, so the one on Caring Bridge should be changing too. I never had the good fortune to know Lissa, but sort of feel like I did, at least in the sense that we were part of the same family, born from and raised in the same generational spirit or something... I trust our sister is peeking in on us occasionally to check up on us, and will be waiting "there" for us when our time comes. It'll be nice to finally meet her.
