The List has become a reference point for memories and emails to old friends. It also has become kind of a Social Register and will be something of a reference list for reunions and such in the future. Not only that, SOMEONE - maybe someone special from the old days, MAY be trying to find YOU.

You can "fly over" the site with Google Earth. Go South from 43rd Avenue and Estrella, parallel to the irrigation ditch untill you see four buildings to the East.... two of them new, with white roofs. Tom could spot it for you easily. The two buildings with the old roofs may be the originals. The smallest was Ray Thomson's place. To the West and slightly North was Bill's place and it looks like it is still there.
Just to the South and East of Ray's about 75 yards is a "sacred circle" probably caused by circling trucks, picking up the collected debris of The Living Room. I tried to get some coordinates off Google Earth but can't trust them.
Another way to spot it is to follow the road at South Mountain Park from the entrance to San Juan which is now paved. At the time, it was a dirt road. Great motorcycle ride. Draw a line directly WEST from San Juan over the South Mountain foothill and zap, you are at the Living Room. It's about 1/4 mile.
Ray and I spent a couple of hours reliving those days, on the phone and will do it again, I hope.
