It would seem that if there is a DEcrepit then there should be a CREPIT to DE from.. right?<BR/><BR/>There is one vague allusion to CREDIT as a substitute for "crepit" but no one wants to know about mu crepit rating.<BR/><BR/>ANOTHER way of viewing this DECREPIT situation is that it refers to one who is now HARMLESS when one was previousluy say, a mass-murderer or rapist, in which case "Decrepit old man" is a great cover.
